Sending an E-Card greeting will let your loved ones know you are thinking about them during their hospital stay. This free service is available for anyone currently an inpatient at Specialty Hospital. Please complete the form below and your message will be printed on special stationery and delivered to your loved one's room by our hospital staff. Our staff take great care to safeguard your privacy. If a patient is no longer in our hospital, one of our staff will contact you to let you know. E-Cards is another way to stay connected.
