General Instructions for Visitors / Patients

For your health and for the safety of your patients, we would like to provide a safe and secure environment so please follow our instructions:

1- Follow our visiting instructions as follows:

  • Visiting hours at the Specialty Hospital are from 9:00 am till 9:00 pm daily.
  • Visiting hours at special departments such as emergency, delivery and intensive care unit (ICU) are set by the in-charge or their deputies following the department’s policy as well as the hospital’s laws and policies.
  • Hospital's main entrances close at 9:00 pm daily.
  • Visitors are not allowed to enter from the emergency main entrance after 11:00 pm.
  • For your children's health, please do not accompany children under twelve years old.
  • Children visiting must be accompanied by adults at all times. Their visit should be limited and approved by the treating physician or by the healthcare providers.

2- Please do not bring food or drinks to your patients. However, if it is a must, please coordinate with the nutritionist before bringing food in order to discuss the quantity and quality of food based on the physicians' instructions and the patient's diet plan. However, if food is brought without getting the nutritionist approval please call 548 to see whether the food is suitable for the patient's health status or not.
3- Our hospital is a free of smoking eniviroment
4- Please stay quiet and keep the hospital clean.

Instructions on How to Use Patient’s Identification Band

  1. Patient's identification band is put on upon admission.
  2. The bracelet contains patient's full name, treating physician's name, admission date, medical file number and the patient's age.
  3. If you had to remove the identification band from your arm, it has to be worn on the other arm.
  4. Please do not remove the identification band.
