The first stage is to contact our team through telephone, email, fax, social media channels, or by filling the free medical consultation form
The second stage is after sending your medical reports our team will review them with the needed consultant(s) and will get back to you with a full treatment plan that explains; patient’s status, medical opinion, estimated length of stay in and outside the hospital and the estimated treatment cost. The reply will be within 24 hours in week days and 48 hours in official holidays.
If your nationality needs a visa, The Specialty Hospital will facilitate your visa issuing. We also help in choosing accommodation either at a hotel or apartment for the companions based on your request. And we can arrange for touristic sightseeing of Jordan upon request for the patient and the companions according to the patient's medical status.
To ease your medical journey we arrange pick up and transfer for the patient and the companions from the airport to the hospital. And by taking into consideration the medical status of the patient, we provide an ambulance car or a wheel chair when needed. And we arrange transfer to the airport after the end of the treatment journey.
