In line with its mission to transfer knowledge from senior physicians to the new generation, the hospital administration has led the medical education project since 2006, providing all necessary human, material, and technological resources, including faculty members, teaching facilities, internet access, a modern electronic library, and continuous staff training through the Office of Academic Affairs.

The hospital collaborates with senior consultants across all specialties to serve as faculty members and works closely with various medical sectors in Jordan (public, private, and academic sectors). External examiners from Jordanian medical schools, the Ministry of Health, and the Royal Medical Services are regularly invited to participate in assessments.
