Personal Security
If you wish to leave your room please inform the nurses about at your place at all times. Please inform the nurse immediately if any stranger enters your room, and note that all the hospital staff are wearing their ID cards and uniform and they will ask for permission before entering your room and they will inform you why they are visiting and from which department.

Personal Possessions
The hospital is not responsible for the loss or damage of your valuable belongings or possessions inside the room if you don’t put them in the lockbox upon admission, so please do not bring any of those valuables to the hospital.
And if you're not able to send your valuables home please inform the nurses or physician so that they will document these belongings on a special form and put them in a private lockbox until you are discharged from the hospital. You will be given a copy of the signed form so that you can return them anytime you want.

Lost Possessions
If you lose any of your possessions during your stay at hospital please inform the nurses directly, they will do their best to find it and return it to you. You can call the security officer at the extension number 629 and they will return it back to you whenever it is found after verifying that it belongs to you.

Important Notes

  • Please do not hide your valuable possessions inside your bed sheets or furniture.
  • You are responsible for your personal possessions during your hospitalization; the hospital is not responsible at all for the loss of or damage to any personal possessions unless you deposit them in the hospital's lockbox.
