Services provided by the Specialty Women’s Imaging Center:
1. Digital Mammogram with Tomosynthesis:
This 3 D Breast Imaging provides thin (1 mm) cross sections of the breast, its more accurate and clear compared to the ordinary 2 D mammography specially for women with dense breast tissue, young women and women on Hormonal replacement therapy. Digital mammography with Tomosynthesis used for both screening and diagnosis of breast diseases.

3. Stereotactic Breast Biopsy:
Stereotactic Biopsy is the study of choice to perform a breast biopsy from suspicious microcalcificaitons seen on mammogram or from a suspicious breast mass not clearly visualized on ultrasound and can’t be performed by the routine breast biopsy (True cut Biopsy)
4. Magnetic Resonance Imaging (Breast MRI):
An MRI for the breast will be arranged with the radiology department if requested or clinically indicated, and a follow up is conducted on the patient’s report.
